Breath

Weekend already started here, girls! According to our traditions, August 20, 1000 was the day when, with the coronation of our first king, Stephen I of Hungary, the Kingdom of Hungary was established. And the best part? We have a four-day-weekend this week!

Me and my two bff's are going to see the traditional carnival of flowers in Debrecen tomorrow that is followed by some fireworks and a party on the streets. Then, we will spend Friday at Lake Balaton. On Saturday, I'll drive to Szombathely to visit my love's family and friends. We are going to throw a small birthday party for G's brother.

I'll be back on Sunday. I'll miss you, dolls. Oh, and what do you think of my new partner in crime? I have been lusting after a pair of chic flats for some time now, and I fell in love with these. I realized that while heels can add a dash of allure and confidence to one's look, heel-less outfits do not have to go without. Do you agree?

A long weekend... what could be better!
    Have a fabulous time.
I agree, a Girlie does need a pair of flats as well as her high heels. For those walks and relaxing in. I like your new sandals.
    Have fun.

  18. Sounds like you're going to have a terrific weekend! And I agree... flats can be just as chic and glamorous as heels. It just depends which ones you choose and the outfit to go with it. I love the ones you got! The grey color is so pretty and they also look really comfortable :)
