Gossip Girls

After a very long, very tiring day, when I thought that nothing in this world can cheer me up (except for my loving boyfriend), I found this piece of art on one of my favorite blogs, Sugar Sugar. It put a big smile on my face. Thank you, Kara. So cute, isn't it?

Makeup Monday

I am totally in love with these photos. The makeups are amazing and the black lipgloss is my favorite. What do you think?

It is yet to be confirmed, but this might be the next photo of Louis Vuitton's autumn/winter 2009-10 campaign starring Madonna. Although it's over-photoshopped, I love it. Despite of my ignorance for pop, I adore Madonna; her strength, talent and influence on this world are just... wow.

(Thinking about gen x, I loved this article, too.)

My little luxury

If the magical purity that I feel in every drop of Evian really works or not, I honestly don't know. I use the spray as a beauty mist on my face, on my hair, in my makeup, and consume five liters of the water a day. I think that my belief that it works makes it work. Evian is one of the most expensive mineral waters in my country and I could save a lot on buying a cheaper brand, but this is my little luxury. What kind of mineral water do you drink and what else do you use it for?

It takes two

My boyfriend is spending two days with his family. While he's away, I'm trying to catch up with girly stuff and find some inspiration for my blog, during which I came across these lovely photos by Chris Craymer. He launched his new book, "Romance" recently, which he wanted to be "essentially emotional rather than intellectual or fashion led". He captured special moments of real life couples; I think he did very well as the photos shout "LOVE". I miss you, baby.

So 60's

Black eyeliner, vibrant and daring colors, definite and sharp lines and pale lips: so 60's and so beautiful.

As a relatively new blogger, I get a lot of inspiration from my fellow fashionista. I have never imagined that blogging brings together such a great, inspirational and supportive community of wonderful people that I have met during my time here. To win the prize, all you need to do is post your story as a comment on this post in the next fourteen days after today. The author of my favorite story will win the prize. Only leave one comment per post please. Dolls, are you in?

Today's question(s): What was the most incredible makeup product you have ever tried and have used ever since? Why do you think it's essential?

Today's prize: The writer of my favorite comment will win a jar of the most incredible makeup product I have ever tried and have used ever since: Carmex.

How to enter? Anyone who leaves a comment on this post during the next fourteen days is automatically entered in the competition, starting June 22 and ending July 5 at midnight CET. The winner will be revealed the next day.

I fell in love with the new Marc Jacobs ad for fall. Model Natasa Vojnovic hangs out of the window holding her handbag firmly- I would hold that bag firmly, too. Since 1998, photographer Juergen Teller has shot for the brand and continues with tradition for fall. Do you like the photo?

Molly Sims sported Dolce&Gabbana's Fall 2009 Marilyn Monroe dress to Tuesday's CFDA Awards. I'm in love with this dress as well as her looks. I'm obsessed with black&white, Marilyn and 50's style fashion, so... what else?

Makeup Monday

Beauty freaks, today is your day. Let me introduce you to another good friend of mine.

Second lesson: MAC Prep+Prime Line Filler. This wonder substance allows you to create flawless makeup. You can call it SOS botox, however, don't mistake it for an anti-wrinkle cream. Use this product post-foundation, pre-makeup to camouflage, soften and relax expression lines and wrinkles. Applies as a dense cream: dries to a transparent, smooth, natural matte finish that fills up refracted, tired lines on your face. Apply the line filler with a thin, flat brush onto the smile-wrinkles around your mouth and the imperfection under your eyes to instantly eliminate signs of stress and fatigue. Optimal effect can be obtained when used post-foundation. Only a small amount of product is needed to garner remarkable results, so the tube lasts a long time.

Russian doll

Full of luxurious and crafty details, Paris-Moscow is one of the best Chanel collections. It was Monsieur Lagerfeld himself who shot the photos, and with the collaboration of beautiful Russian model Sasha Pivovarova, this ad is pure luxury, affluence and decadence. The set was shot in Paris, at the Russian Embassy. Breathtaking.

Burberry beautiful

Emma Watson is not a little girl anymore: the 19-year-old looks stunning wearing Burberry's iconic trench coats and leather handbags. The set was shot by Mario Testino at the new Burberry headquarters in London. "I wanted the images to represent both the rich history and the modernity of the Burberry brand, while at the same time reflecting a quiet beauty, timelessness and strength that is particularly significant today," said Christopher Bailey, creative director of Burberry. Beautiful, isn't it?

Jemma Sykes is an award winning knitwear designer and a graduate from the Royal College of Art. The dress is called "The Elizabeth" and is entirely hand-knitted in 100% by Jemma Sykes certified organic wool. It was created for ethical fashion label Butcher Couture and the photos are from the album artwork of Maria Mena- Cause and Effect. The dress was displayed at Harrods until it was donated for auction at a breast cancer charity event. I'm in love with this dress as well as the images.
